Purpose:

This article aims to show DataBank Portal users how to update their contact information within the customer portal. 


Prerequisites: 

  • Must be an existing authorized user
  • Must be an Admin to be able to update contact information
  • Non-admin can either:
    • Ask an Admin within their organization to update their contact information on their behalf, or
    • Open a support ticket, or
    • Call Databank Support at 1-855-328-2247 (a callback verification will be required) 

Process:

  • Navigate over to https://support.databank.com/login 
  • Click on "My Profile" from the top right corner
  • Update the desired fields and make sure
    • the "Time Zone" is selected, and 
    • The phone "Area Code" is selected from the drop-down box. For example; if you are in the USA, select +1 (US Flag)

  • Save Changes

If you are an Admin and you are updating someone else's contact information;

  • From the "Home page" using the left pane, scroll down and click on "My Account"
  • Click on "Manage Users"
  • Locate the user and click on the "Edit Button" (if you have a long list of users, you can click on the "Filter" box to narrow down your search
    • ,
  • Update the desired fields and make sure
    • The "Time Zone" is selected, and 
    • The phone "Area Code" is selected from the drop-down box. For example; if you are in the USA, select +1 (US Flag)
